First Nations Parent Reference Group

First Nations parents meet for the first time.

In collaboration with the College we started our First Nations Parent Reference Group. During our first meeting we were incredibly honoured to have Aunty Bridget Chilly welcome our First Nations Parents with a smoking ceremony and welcome to country. We stood on country together at our yarning circle at the Primary campus and talked about how our College can do more to recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and how we build a community strong and safe in culture.
